Who I Am
I’m Ani — space holder, mother, and guide for deep nervous system healing.
I completed my Spinal Energetics training with Dr. Sarah-Jane in Melbourne. I’m also a certified Breathwork facilitator. Since discovering these modalities, my life has never been the same.
My work is rooted in lived experience — from disconnection and survival, to deep embodiment and truth. I walk alongside those ready to feel again — women, men, and non-binary souls. If you’re human and you’re ready, you’re welcome.
I work through the body. I hold space with my whole being.

What it is

This isn’t just breathwork. It’s not just Spinal Energetics. It’s a full-system, soul-deep healing. Guided by the body, felt through the energy, and anchored in the nervous system. The kind of release you can’t think your way into.
Spinal Energetics uses light touch, intention, and energy to activate the body’s innate intelligence. Movement happens organically — led by the body, not the mind.
Breathwork opens the nervous system through conscious connected breathing. It moves stuck energy, emotion, trauma, and tension — without needing to “figure it out.”
You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to explain. You don’t need to know how.
Your body already knows. We just create the space for it to return to wholeness.

Sunrise, Breath & Silent Disco
Our Monthly Community Gathering
Sunrise, Breath & Dance is a space to move energy in a joyful, free, and embodied way - however that looks for you. We gather once a month on the beach at sunrise, starting with gentle breath to connect inward. Then the music begins, with silent disco headphones offering three different channels.

Is This Work Right For Me?

This work meets you where mind, body, and energy intersect. It’s powerful, deep, and often emotional. Because of that, it’s not always the right fit for everyone, every time — and that’s okay.
I hold this space with care, not pressure. If you’re navigating any of the following, please reach out first so we can gently chat about whether this work is suitable for you at this stage:
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Recent spinal injections or major surgeries
• Severe mental health diagnoses (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar)
• Any condition that could be impacted by breath retention or emotional release
I’m trained in bodywork and trauma-informed practices, but I don’t work with the mind in a therapeutic capacity. If you’ve experienced deep trauma, I recommend working alongside a psychologist, counsellor, or holistic therapist.
